What can be returned and how?
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Preferably contacting us via email with as many details as possible and include photos if necessary (e.g.damaged product, etc)
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange some as we can’t guarantee the stock has been stored to correct temperatures, therefore making it unfit, regarding Health and Safety Regulations. Contact us and we can talk through the process.
